The incumbent will contribute to organizational success by providing a broad range of training solutions and business tools that will be used by our clients and staff, both clinical and non-clinical. This will be primarily accomplished through the development and implementation of scalable, on-demand training programs and, as appropriate, on-line systems for tracking, group communication and transactions. The incumbent may be involved in any of the following tasks: instructional needs analysis, audience analysis, instructional program evaluation, working with subject matter experts to analyze and specify subject matter content. Some courses are converted from stand-up to web-based, others are designed and developed from scratch.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related field required. Minimum of one year relevant work experience required.
Master’s degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology preferred.
Knowledge of tools used to develop graphics and other media assets (Fireworks, Freehand, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
Experience working as part of a team to develop and deliver blended learning solutions required.
Development of technology-delivered (web-based) instructional courses using some combination the following tools: Flash, Dreamweaver, Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Ulead, Sound Forge, Trainersoft, Lectora, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is typically performed in an office environment, as well as settings throughout the system and surrounding communities. Independent travel to the sites is required.
