The Physician Assistant Neonatal Post-Graduate Training Program is a 12 month intensive program designed for graduate physician assistants seeking to sub-specialize in neonatology. This opportunity includes:
Full time paid employment as a PA in the NICU
Mentorship by top neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
Didactic teaching, stimulations, skills training and clinical experiences
At the completion of training, you will receive a Certificate of Completion from MEDNAX Post Graduate Physician Assistant Fellowship in Neonatology and a Certificate of Completion from Old Dominion University Physician Assistant Post Graduate Program in Neonatology
North Central Baptist Hospital in San Antonio, Texas is a Level-IV unit that provides the highest level of care for the most critically ill and complex newborns who need access to 24/7 medical and surgical specialty consults.
The program starts in April, runs for 12 months, and accepts two PAs per year as salaried employees with a competitive compensation package. At the conclusion of the program, trainees will receive a certificate of completion and includes a completion bonus and payment for the training program through Old Dominion.
