The Position: Location Located in Dallas corporate office. Reporting Relationships The Senior Director Labor Management reports directly to the Sr. Director Workforce Management and Education. Specific Responsibilities Include The Senior Director Labor Management will establish and lead dedicated labor management resources that will provide specialized support in group markets around routine labor management and other operational/financial improvements. The Labor Support Model will provide services to facilities and regions for process improvement, expense reduction, and labor management. This position will provide leadership to the group labor management team to ensure the strategies are executed at the local level. The Senior Director Labor Management will work directly with group leaders to develop group/market strategies and goals that are in alignment with company goals. The Senior Director Labor Management will develop strategic plans and drive execution and results at the enterprise level around labor management, premium pay, contract labor, and overall labor expense management. This position is held accountable for defined performance improvement goals including labor management and targeted performance improvement traditional engagements to meet the needs of the organization. This position leads the strategic vision and execution of performance improvement and labor management standards and processes; and ensures the integrity of standards is maintained within each group. The Senior Director Labor Management needs to possess strategic vision, excellent communication skills, proven motivational capabilities, have an executive presence, and a demonstrated track record of delivering results and attaining goals. Accountable to the overall labor performance of the Tenet enterprise. The Senior Director Labor Management will facilitate relationships with other system business owners at Tenet to ensure accurate financial and operational data sourcing including but not limited to General Ledger (GL), Showcase, Conifer (PBAR), Position Control, Comparison Database, PDR, and Kronos Time & Attendance with extensive experience/technical depth, system knowledge and judgment to plan to accomplish Executive Leadership Strategy & Goals.
