Geneva Eye Clinic is accepting applications for a highly qualified, full time medical retina specialist. This position is replacing a retiring physician and offers a completely built patient practice in a location with great demographics. Practice open to surgical retina candidates with the understanding that this service line will be new to practice and will require build time.
We are a comprehensive practice that includes specialists in medical retina, uveitis, glaucoma, refractive surgery and pediatrics. Our providers are also involved with teaching ophthalmology residents at Rush University Medical Center and Stroger Hospital of Cook County. A part time academic position will be encouraged for the right candidate. Located 35 miles east of Geneva, Chicago is host to 6 ophthalmology residency programs.
Geneva Eye Clinic is located in the scenic, historic Fox River Valley in Kane County Illinois. The town of Geneva offers a "Norman Rockwell" setting with quaint shopping and restaurants, extensive bike trail systems along the Fox River and the Illinois Prairie Path.
Candidates much have successfully completed a fully accredited ophthalmology residency program, an additional fellowship in medical retina, and be American Board of Ophthalmology certified or eligible.
