The Senior Programmer/Developer is a subject matter expert that develops and supports .Net, Responsive UI, Web services, REST APIs, Data processes and SQL server development. As an SME he/she will work with all levels of organization and be responsible for full development life cycle, understanding business needs, collecting user requirements developing technical designs, proposing workflow changes, conducting custom development, implementing new solutions and providing training. He/she will troubleshoot application issues, support the maintenance and future upgrades/enhancements of the existing systems and closely coordinate with Operations Support Group to provide on/off hours system s support
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of software development experience in designing and developing .Net applications and Internet Contents, specializing in Respnosive UI utilizing MVC, Bootstrap, JQuery, preferably in Healthcare IT.
Database Administration experience using MS SQL Server a plus. MS SQL Development SQL Reporting Services experience. Experience upgrading MS SQL Databases and .Net Applications required.
Strong Web UI content; Systems Integration design and development experience.
Strong Problem solving skills.
Strong architecture, analysis, design and build skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Technical Skills: HL7 Integration, SDLC/Agile Methodologies, Microsoft.Net Platform, MS Visual Studio.Net Framework 4.0 or higher, MVC, Bootstrap, JQuery, and use of third-party development tools, XML, XML Schemas and Web Services Technology, Java/VB Scripting, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Visio, Power-point, Visual Source Safe and MS Office, Crystal Reports Development and Integration.
