The Regional Chair - Administration (RCA) forNWWIis a member of Mayo Clinic senior administrative team and is responsible for administrative direction and oversight of the Regional administrative function in accordance with Mayo's vision, mission and principles. The RCA provides oversight and direction to senior administrative leaders in the region who in turn are accountable to and report directly to the Regional Chair - Administration. With the Regional Vice President, the Regional Chair - Administration is accountable for regional quality, safety, service and financial performance. Specifically, the position is accountable for strategic planning in collaboration with service line and shared services leadership, providing leadership, fiscal management, and monitoring of operational and programmatic outcomes of a Mayo Clinic Health System region. The Regional Chair - Administration must coordinate and work cooperatively across Mayo Clinic to enhance relationships and ensure successful implementation and operation of strategic directives. In addition to regional responsibilities, the Regional Chair - Administration may be assigned a system-wide and enterprise-wide assignment. The Regional Chair - Administration models Mayo core values, leadership capabilities, inspires trust and demonstrates service commitment, mature confidence, adaptability, resourcefulness and mutual respect. The RCA forNWWI participates in institution-wide planning and decision-making.
Minimum Education and/or Experience Required: Master's degree, preferably in business or health care management and 8+ years substantial management experience that includes significant practice integration efforts.
