Valley Children's Healthcare is seeking a talented, motivated and energetic Marketing Director to oversee the marketing and communications department of the organization. This position is located at Valley Children’s main campus in Madera, California. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Community Engagement and Population Wellness, this position directs the planning, development and implementation of strategic marketing campaigns across the Valley Children's Healthcare network.
Position Details and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the direction of overall development and implementation of strategic marketing plans across the Valley Children's Healthcare network
Support the overall objectives and business priorities of the organization to enhance its long-term competitive position and its local, regional and national reputation
Responsible for the oversight of brand management, project/workflow management, digital marketing and market analysis
Work collaboratively with appropriate departments to align with Valley Children’s Healthcare’s vision and mission
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent field of study required
Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of ten (10) years in marketing and business development with at least three (3) years in a management or executive position
Successful track record in marketing strategy and execution
Experience in the healthcare industry and digital marketing required
Experience in account management preferred
