Manages projects with a focus on project planning, project tracking, implementation, problem solving and reporting. Fosters quality customer service to internal and external collaborators, sponsors, and investigators and utilizes leadership skills to increase efficiency in operations.
Assists in the oversight of implementation/programming specific to Social Determinants of Health including but not limited to Food Insecurity, Pediatric Obesity, Housing, Transportation and Opioid use.Serves as a focal point to respond to inquiries, coordinate activities, develop workplans/track progress and ensure adequate communications and appropriate responses as a representative of the Health and Wellness team.
Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of Geisinger Health System in its efforts to support Community Outreach initiatives.
Administratively reports directly to the Senior Director, Health and Wellness. Works closely with Regional Managers as well as the Community and Commercial teams

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree with 2 years managing projects and coordinating projects preferred.
Associates degree and six years of experience managing projects and coordinating programs required.
