Summary of Job Function: Responsible for the preparation of food according to planned menu. Must demonstrate adherence to food storage guidelines at all times. Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.
Job Qualifications: High School diploma. Experience in high production food service required. Additional knowledge of food preparation, storage and sanitation also helpful. High volume production line knowledge in cafeteria, institutional or large-scale restaurant. Minimum of 3-5 years grill/high volume experience. Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
