The Director of Marketing and Community Partnerships models the transforming culture of Integrace by demonstrating knowledge and awareness of the mission, vision, and values through leadership practices and decisions. Consistently reveals Integrace's guiding principles and supporting behaviors of the transforming culture to all associates, visitors, and residents.
Provides oversight responsibility for all levels of leadership, culture philosophy and the values of Integrace into the specific functional discipline of the incumbent and executes assignments within a culture that is shared and collaborative across all Integrace communities.
Actively participates in Dementia Education Programs offered to leadership team and Integrace communities.
Sales Process and Census Management
Responsible for daily sales operations (i.e. taking appointments, data entry, taking walk-in's, answering phones, scheduling appointments, writing hand-written notes to customers, following-up with customers, outbound calls, setting-up events, executing sales events, providing tours, etc.).
Achieve and exceed sales-related census goals; implement and manage sales and marketing programs, strategies and processes to attain those goals (i.e. outbound calling, appointments, tours, event attendance, event results, phone call conversion, moves, etc.).
Prepare and deliver meaningful, inspirational, educational and effective sales presentations to prospective families.
Develop and implement specific, measurable sales strategies that address specific customer preferences and priorities across multiple business lines within the community.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective residents, with specific, measurable outcomes.
Fully understand all related contracts, addendums and other related documents to be able to address all related questions with our colleagues and customers.
Compile and analyze all sales reports, statistics and trends and create strategies from these.
Conduct frequent, effective sales presentations that inspire customers to take their next step in the sales process and in their research process.
Compose timely Community Sales Reports for leadership that clearly communicate strategies, results, goals, trends, challenges and projections.
Possess ability to use Excel, Word, email and learn proprietary databases.
Remain goal and outcome driven and be able to inspire the community navigation team to embrace and participate in marketing initiatives.
Build and maintains positive relationships in the external community (local and global) to ensure that marketing initiatives are successful.
Respond to all inquiries within the same day, with timely and regular follow-up contacts and visits scheduled
Position may require flexibility in schedule to accommodate prospective guests including some evening and weekend hours.
Possess a counseling mentality with a focus on what is important to the guest as well as their families and/or caregivers.
Provide guidance regarding resources and support to families/caregivers. Serve as a liaison to direct guests and their loved ones to support services within the community.

Build Partnerships within the Integrace Network and Local Community
Coordinate a robust Community Relations program that cultivates and develops meaningful referral relationships and partnerships with key influencers in the local community.
Represent Integrace and the local community at on-site and off-site sales events, gatherings, meetings, conferences, public relations events, community tours, etc.
Demonstrate executive leadership that keeps the sales team, Community and Corporate Executive Team and community colleagues focused on selling to prospective residents, ensuring a person-centered experience.
Maintain effective collaboration, communication and sales-focus with various internal partners: Community Colleagues, Sales and Marketing Team, Community and Corporate Leadership Teams, Community Management, Buildings and Grounds and Dining Services.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to ensure successful internal resident transfers between communities
Foster relationships with competitor communities for the purpose of developing referral relationships and positively positioning our community in the market when working with prospects.
Work with community colleagues to create and maintain an unparalleled guest experience.
Education: Formal Education
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience: (Number of years of related work experience)
Three or more years of sales and marketing experience in Healthcare preferred
Proven track record of attaining and maintaining sales and marketing objectives and goals
Experience with public speaking, networking and delivering effective presentations
Experience in and knowledge of sales practices and strategies with proven results
Ability to earn trust and build solid relationships throughout the organization; command respect by colleagues of all levels
